1. Is ordering from you on the Internet safe and secure?
Generally it is just as safe to order online as it is to pay using your credit or debit card in a shop. This site uses an SSL Certificate, which guarantees that we are who we say we are.
2. Do you restock titles that are out of stock? / Can I order titles that are out of stock?
Yes, we do restock depending on the demand for the title(s). But you can have them specially re-ordered. Just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org with the title and format (LP, CD, SACD, Tape) and we will get back to you with the pricing and availability. Do note that we require a deposit for confirmed orders.
3. What about titles listed under the Special Order category?
These are titles that we have stocked in the past, but no longer do so because of low demand. You can still purchase these titles and proceed to check out. But unlike titles for which we have ready stock, delivery times range from a week to possibly a month depending on the availability of stock at our suppliers in EU or US. Just drop us a line at email@example.com if you wish to know availability of stock.
4. Can I order a title/product that is currently not listed in your store?
Yes, you can. Our suppliers have a vast media catalogue. So, just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org with the title and format (LP, CD, SACD, Tape) and we will get back to you with the pricing and availability. This includes band merchandise as well, such a t-shirts, coffee mugs etc. Do note that we require a deposit for confirmed orders.
5. What are your shipping policies?
We ship within 2-3 working days for titles/products that are in stock at our shop. Special Order titles/products that are coming from our suppliers abroad will be shipped anytime between 7 - 21 working days. You will receive an email from us informing you of the status of the titles.
Our standard shipping is DHL and PosLaju (depending on your shipping address) for records, merch and accessories, and Pos Malaysia for the record sleeves (poly outer and paper inner sleeves). All orders are deemed fulfilled once they have been dispatched. An email with the tracking number for the order will be sent once it has been dispatched.
All our LPs are bubble wrapped and packed into new (i.e. not recycled) dedicated vinyl mailer boxes.
6. What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates will be shown in full before you confirm your order and will vary depending on item weight, value and delivery destination/postal service chosen.
7. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do. Please email us at email@example.com for the payment options and shipping charges.
8. Will my ‘in stock’ items ship prior to my 'special order' items?
No. Should your order contain both 'in-stock' and 'special order' items, all goods will only be despatched when the 'special order' item(s) are in stock and ready to ship. If you wish to receive ‘in stock’ items first, please order and check out 'special order' items separately.
9. What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

10. How accurate are the product images on the site?
We work hard to make sure that the images on the site reflect the actual products we sell. Colour variations are inevitable when viewing online content. Please note that alternative artwork may sometimes be used. If you need further clarification, please contact us at email@example.com before ordering.
11. When am I charged for my order?
All credit card, debit card transactions are debited at the time you submit your order on the store. This will include 'special order' items.
